Aunt and Uncle

We had a nice visit with my aunt and uncle out in rural Stittsville yesterday. Ironically, as we were leaving I asked my Uncle if they have Coyotes on their yard. He told me no. We saw one as we were driving away cutting across a field.

Watched The Last King of Scotland the other day. It was alright. Not as good as I thought it would be. I've been walking 6.5 km 4 times a week. Feels great.
