Christmas

It was good to have my best man in town these last few weeks. He goes home on Boxing Day. Watched Miami Vice and Down in the valley with Ed Norton. Vice was good while Valley wasn't that good.

Passed the GCT-1 test for an admin position with the RCMP. Language tests and security interview to follow.

Roads were brutal in Ottawa last night. Took a cab to meet the guys downtown for some drinks.

It was nice to see their babies the other night. Time flies.

Vendors

Suffered our first vendor frustration Monday although I wasn't there. Seems like a potential florist ditched us for Debbie Travis by accident. We met with another one on Saturday (MOOD MOSS) which was cool but neither of us were blown away by him. We'll see.

Hated The Da Vinci Code.

We checked out the new Keg on Hunt Club and it's really cool. Very modern. That Baseball Steak is hard to beat.

Celebrated my brother in law's birthday the other night which was fun.

Not sure If I mentioned it, but we bought are tickets for France for the honeymoon. Paris and the South.

Arum

Tried Korean for the first time. A place called Arum. It was nice. Not as good as Chinese, Thai or Japanese, but still good. Michelle has had it before and I would like to try the BBQ that she explained to me.

Wrote an exam on Saturday with the Public Service Commission. I have no Idea how I did.

Watched Maurice Richard and It was very good.
